We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to operate our core services (e.g., our database provider, Google Firestore).

5. Data Retention

We will retain your email address until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Once Nestful launches and you create an account, your waitlist data will be merged with your account or deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

Nestful is a service for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
