Nestful ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We currently collect only the following information:

Email address — when you sign up for the Nestful waitlist.

We do not collect your name, payment information, location, or any other personal data at this time.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely to:

Notify you when Nestful launches.
Send occasional updates about the product leading up to launch.

We will never use your email for unrelated marketing or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Waitlist email addresses are stored securely in Google Firestore, a cloud database provided by Google LLC. Data is stored in the United States. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to operate our core services (e.g., our database provider, Google Firestore).

5. Data Retention

We will retain your email address until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Once Nestful launches and you create an account, your waitlist data will be merged with your account or deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Withdraw your consent at any time by requesting removal from the waitlist.

7. Children's Privacy

Nestful is a service for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
